[Modularit-users] New NOC service virtual machine

I just published (at last!) the first version of the ModularIT NOC service.
The NOC (Network Operation Center) is the service that allows us to
centrally control all servers using Puppet, and Monitor all our
services using Nagios.

The documentation still needs a lot of work, but I hope it is enough
to setup a basic system:

With this service at last it's possible to install a **complete**
ModularIT infraestructure to manage and monitor many decentralized
servers.

Please feel free to try this service and ask me any doubts you may have.
