Today I changed the ModularIT summary on the home page:

"ModularIT is a modular, distributed, virtualized, remotely monitored, 
integrated and centrally managed services architecture."

I replace 'monitorized' (not a proper word), with 'remotely monitored', which 
captures what you are saying about administration not being centralized. So 
perhaps it should be:

Or:

"ModularIT is a modular, distributed, virtualized, integrated services 
architecture, with remote monitoring and a flexible management structure that 
can either be distributed over multiple locations or centralized."
