I can't see any error message apart from:
debug: Failed to load library 'ldap' for feature 'ldap'                         

But I guess that it has nothing to do with the nagios trouble. If it helps, 
this is the definition of our noc node (noc.customer.lan):

node "customer.noc" inherits "customer" {
        # First installation?
        $bootstrap = yes
        $ip = "192.168.1.253"

        $modularit_name = "customer.noc"
        $comment = "Customer monitor"
        include modularit
}

Any tip?
